No legal entity has been registered yet. The operator of Certglimpse must supply an entity name, address and jurisdiction before these terms bind anyone. This notice is provided in good faith as a description of current practices.

What this tool is

Certglimpse is a one-shot TLS diagnostic tool. You enter a hostname, and the tool opens a TLS connection to that host to read the certificate chain it presents. No data is stored, no accounts exist, and no cookies are set.

What we collect

The hostname you enter is sent to a backend service to perform the TLS check. It is not stored, logged, or retained after the response is returned.
Standard HTTP request metadata (IP address, user agent, timestamp) passes through the Cloudflare edge network. Cloudflare's standard logging and data processing policies apply to this metadata as part of their infrastructure operation.
No cookies, localStorage, session storage, or any other client-side storage mechanism is used.

How we use information

The hostname you provide is used solely to fulfil your single request — to open a TLS connection and read the certificate. It is not used for any other purpose.

Data sharing

No personal data is collected, so none is shared. The hostname you check is transmitted to the certificate checker backend; that communication is server-to-server within a single deployment and is not exposed to third parties.

Data retention

No data is retained. Each request is processed and the result is returned to your browser. No server-side logs of check results are kept.

Your rights

Because no personal data is collected, stored, or processed, there is no personal data to access, correct, or delete. If you have questions about this notice, contact the operator through the channels provided on the site.

Changes to this notice

If this notice changes, the "last updated" date at the top will reflect the revision. Continued use of the tool after changes means you accept the updated notice.
